Immediate Refund or Replacement

If your products arrive in unusable condition, we will send replacement product or provide a full and immediate refund

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

To start a return, please contact our team at hello@lyfbrands.co with your order number.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products (such as lip balms) cannot be returned.

Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
